  • Our voting process is managed carefully and discreetly by the Central Coast Wedding Professionals team. We use a proven and transparent method to ensure that voting is fair, honest, and results-driven, highlighting the most deserving winners in each category.

  • Attendance isn’t mandatory to receive an award; however, we highly encourage nominees to join us! Attending gives you a wonderful opportunity to celebrate with your peers and present yourself among the region’s top wedding vendors. Plus, it's a great chance to connect and network with others in the industry.

  • This year’s theme is Bridgerton-inspired, so feel free to dress to the nines! Formal attire is encouraged, with a nod to vintage elegance if you'd like to join in the theme, but any formalwear is suitable.

  • Award winners receive much more than just a trophy! Winners gain industry-wide recognition on our website, social media, and newsletters, as well as an exclusive badge to display on their own promotional materials. This award can enhance your brand's reputation, attract new clients, and connect you with other top vendors in the industry.

  • Yes! We welcome you to bring a guest to celebrate with you. Please make sure to reserve additional tickets, as space may be limited, and guests need a ticket for entry.

  • Simply put, yes. This event is inclusive, not exclusive. We do want to make sure that the guests are predominantly wedding vendors as this is a great opportunity to build long-lasting relationships in the wedding and event industry. We encourage you to bring a loved one, or best friend to join in the festivities!

  • Nominations can be submitted through our website’s Nominations page. Be sure to fill out all required fields and share why you believe your nominee deserves recognition for their impact on the Central Coast wedding industry.

  • Are there refunds?

    Yes, we will have refunds available until January 1st for those looking to secure their ticket tentatively. January 1st is our last day to finalize headcount so we ask that you consider this when planning to attend. If there’s any questions or concerns regarding your tickets, or the refund process, email us at info@ccwp.com.

  • Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony, but we’ll also follow up with a full list of winners on our website and social media following the event.

  • Yes, parking is available onsite. We also recommend ride-sharing for added convenience. For select guests, valet parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The event begins at 4:00pm. We ask that you are as prompt as possible. Our vendors have worked hard to bring you a truly dazzling night, perfectly organized, and who knows, you could be in line for receiving an award! If you are running behind, contact us at events@cwcp.com
