Brian and Aubrey both grew up in San Luis Obispo County and have long careers in the hospitality industry. Aubrey was the event coordinator at Cypress Ridge (Nipomo) for several years; while Brian managed Giuseppe’s (SLO) and the Sea Venture Restaurant (Pismo Beach). Brian is also a world class mixologist who is remarkable at creating craft cocktails for any occasion.

Brian and Aubrey spent eight years in Seattle working in the wedding and event industry, before returning to SLO County and founding Daring To Dream Events (a name inspired by Aubrey’s mom, Carla). They specialize in wedding planning-coordination (Aubrey’s focus) and providing beverage service, bartending and wait staff (Brian’s area of expertise).

They spend an inordinate amount of time and energy to make sure that they add value to every occasion.
