Rose to the Occasions

When you own and operate a business you want to have the “perfect” name for it. A name that reflects the passion, excellence, and quality you bring to your profession and share with your clients.

Rose Seybold has the perfect name for her business.  Rose is a Wedding and Event Planner/Coordinator and the founder and leader of ROSE TO THE OCCASIONS EVENT PLANNING.  And, as all her couples and clients can testify, she always does – Rise To The Occasion.

Rose is a native of the Central Coast (grew up in Solvang) and began her work in the industry in 2011 as an event planner for a company in Alaska.  In 2013 she began working as part of a team in planning and coordinating very large-scale music festivals, including Burning Man and Coachella. 

She is familiar with and practiced at every aspect of the planning and performance of an event.  She has been among other things a florist, caterer, manager and set designer. 

Rose, who now lives in Grover Beach launched Rose to The Occasions in 2020.  Both she and her business not only survived the pandemic but have flourished in its aftermath.  She and her amazing team of assistants are the inspiration and energy behind and facilitators of dozens of weddings each year.  

Her vibrant energy and creative imagination allow her to help the wedding day dreams of Brides and Grooms come true.   Her weddings are always “Fabulously Planned and Remembered Always”.

When Rose is not overseeing an event or orchestrating a wedding, she is doing Stand Up Comedy at one of the local wineries or brew houses along the Central Coast.  She is a very funny and fun person!
